All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. Champagne's Cajun Swamp Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, guests will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

Participation in swamp tours involves inherent risks associated with nature, wildlife, and boating. By participating, guests assume all risks and agree that Champagne's Cajun Swamp Tours, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss.
